Our vanilla is made using FDA-based extract standards, with vanilla beans weighed and alcohol measured for the correct bean-to-alcohol ratio. We do not guess, count beans by appearance, or simply pour alcohol over beans until covered.

Each batch is made with premium Grade A vanilla beans, quality alcohol, and a minimum 12-month aging process for a smoother, richer, properly developed vanilla extract.
